Who We Are

Anything Goes began in 1989 when Carl Pearson left his role at a large construction company to start a local property maintenance business built to meet the needs of the growing population of homeowners in Portland, ME. Early on, he and his wife Angela offered help with countless projects to everyone from young families to elderly residents who were eager to make their property feel like a home. Over time, Anything Goes became known as the first and last stop for homeowners with big or small jobs that needed solving. The Pearsons spent the next two decades building a community of clients who relied on them to maintain and manage every facet of their properties, eventually retiring in 2013 and handing the reigns to their son.

Today, Brad Pearson and his team are bringing experience and even further expertise to new generations of homeowners in the Portland area. With customers across the region putting Anything Goes to work on their most important property needs, you're likely to see their trucks and hardworking crews at a home near you.
